Brett Zickert grew up in Waukesha where he first got his start on the diamond. Pitching his way to the top of little league, he found himself competing everywhere from dusty, unkempt diamonds to Cooperstown. A pitcher / infielder at Waukesha West High School, Brett made a name for himself with his witty comments and sly remarks that went well with his karate-influenced leg-kick on the mound. After high school, he took his talents first to Beloit College and then back home to Carroll where he mastered the art of mustache growing and pounding out infield singles in his lone at bat on the Florida trip. When not on the diamond, you can find Zickert honing his golf skills or pulling in big ones on Pewaukee Lake. During the day, you can find him climbing the ladder as an Account Manager / Recruiter. While arm troubles may have led Zickert away from the pitching mound, he's not going to be leaving the diamond any time soon. With a swing as pretty as his baseball season mustache, look for Brett to be wearing out the left side of the infield all season!
