Lucas Bourassa

Hometown: Waukesha, WI

Highschool: Waukesha West '12

College: UW Platteville '16

Rebel Since: 2015

Lucas Bourassa got his start next door in Waukesha, WI. Growing up as an only child, he was pampered and lived a life of luxury. With no siblings to fight with, he took his fight to nature where his dad taught him to kill a deer with his bare hands when he was only 8 and followed that up with numerous fishing trips and months spent outdoors. Only returning to play baseball and football led Lucas to develop a love of the outdoors. His swing first graced a batter's box with Vernon Park and Rec before storming through the Waukesha Blazers organization on his way to a career at Waukesha West High School where he never quite emerged from the shadow of the great Eric Solberg who is also a Rebel. While at West, his lifelong friendship with Derek Urban (another Rebel) was kindled. Bourassa got his start in Lakes with the now defunct Wales/Waukesha Royals. He currently is a Project Engineer for Selzer-Ornst Construction Company. Lucas never met a pitch he wouldn't swing at.
