Nathan Labott

Hometown: Waukesha, WI

Highschool: Waukesha West '15

College: St. Norbert College '19

Rebel Since: 2015

Bio:

Arguably the best JV Catcher in Waukesha West High School history, Nathan Labott emerged from humble beginnings in Waukesha, Wisconsin. A childhood of moving between the baseball powerhouse programs of Waukesha Firebirds, Wildcats, and Blazers, Labott established himself as one of the premier defensive catchers in the game. While at Waukesha West, he specialized in throwing runners out, saving pitches from the backstop, and pulling hard line drives just foul down the third base line. After high school, Labott headed north to St. Norberts where he would certainly have had a successful collegiate career if not for a back injury that derailed his career. One of the most loyal Rebels, Labott hasn't necessarily seen the field for Genesee since 2018, but is still an "active" member of the roster. He's got a spot as long as he wants it. When he's not reliving the glory days of Waukesha West baseball stardom, he is a Programmer Analyst for Associated Bank out of Green Bay. A total computer geek, he can take apart a computer and rebuild it in less time than it takes him to stretch out before a game. Here's hoping the Rebels will see him at Genesee Town Park sometime this summer.
